The University I was attending was purchased by National American University, and turned into the university's School of Strategic Study. While the everyday portion of the school has remained the same (awesome), the admin side of the house leaves a good bit to be desired. The only portion of this university I can personally say I would recommend to a friend is the Henley-Putnam School of Strategic Studies. I am sure other portions of the university are fine, but my own experiences with National American University has left me wondering if my school being brought under the NAU umbrella was a good thing or not.
