Why is graduation level so low?
Asked by SM2 from Greenwich, CT
Because the school is so focused on a specific major, if a student finds they want to switch majors, they may have to switch schools. Also, many aviation students don't plan on the extra costs of flight school and end up dropping out because of lack of funds.

Very low entrance requirements lead to many failing or dropping out. Accepts about 80 plus percent of applicants and many do not have the preparation or aptitude for college. They would be better off going to work or a community college for the first two years and learn how to study. Professors in engineering are tough but fair.

Most students eventually find a better school to attend for far less money.

Greetings , i am a international student currently doing a bachelors of science degree in mechanical engineering . If i want to do a bachelors of science degree in aerospace engineering , is it possible for me to be exempted from some courses in the aerospace degree provided that i would have done them already in the mechanical engineering degree upon completion ?

Yes. You may be only a year or two from an AE degree. But find another school, there are hundreds and hundreds of AE graduates every year, you'll be fighting for a few jobs available.

Asked by gin from Malaysia
Possible but not likely. Most ER students are on financial aid, foreign students rarely are given a tuition break.
