Sherborne Qatar is the only overseas school developed by an historic and distinguished British school founded in 1550 under a royal charter. The school's ethos, outlook and standards are monitored from Sherborne Dorset, which also provides a considerable educational input, both pastoral and academic, into the school. Sherborne Qatar has two schools: the Preparatory School (Pre-school - Year 6) and the Senior School (Year 7 - Upper Sixth).Sherborne caters for two separate constituencies: the international community drawn from across the whole world, whose skills and expertise are currently needed in the development of Qatar, and the local community who are keen to provide their children with the best education possible.
